Northern Cement

شركة إسمنت الشمالية المساهمة العامة المحدودة هي إحدى الشركات المنتجة لمادة الإسمنت في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية والتي تختص بإنتاج أصناف الإسمنت بأعلى المواصفات العالمية وفق معايير الجودة المحلية والدولية .

تأسست شركة إسمنت الشمالية في عام 2007 بمقتضى قانون الشركات الأردني تحت الرقم (464) برأس مال بلغ خمسة وخمسون مليون دينار أردني .

وفي عام 2010 قامت الشركة بتحويل صفتها القانونية من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، إلى شركة مساهمة عامة محدودة وأدرجت عام 2011 ضمن السوق الأول في بورصة عمان .

Northern Cement Co., Ltd. is one of the companies producing cement in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which is specialized in producing the highest quality cement in accordance with local and international quality standards


Northen Cement Company NCC was established in 2007 in accordance to the Jordanian Companies Law registered under No. 464 with a capital of fifty five million Jordanian Dinars

In 2010, the company transferred the legal status of the company from a limited liability company to a public shareholding limited company, and was listed in the first market on the Amman Stock Exchange in 2011.
